Here is an archive of journals that I've written since I arrived last summer (wow time is
flying!). I try to write journal entries about once a month, or whenever something big
happens. While the intent of the journals is to share experiences and information on this
virtually unknown land, they are also great therapy for me.
Regarding the latter, in them
sometimes I write about some crazy cultural weirdness I observed, the latest invasion news
from our fearless Commander-in-Chief, stuff like that, since I really have no outlet for
that over here. Problem is, Peace Corp has policy against publicly criticizing your host
country or discussing political views in general, and I'm afraid a website may be considered
public. To solve this problem, I've decided the best way for me to obey the PC rules is to
password-protect my journals. If anyone wants access just email me, its no big secret.
